We've come so far! The contrast between what has been broken from our past, the growth achieved from this shedding which has brought us into the present and the possibilities for the future couldn't be more reflective of opposites. The pendulum has swung. This is truly a time for releasing all which no longer serves from 2017. We are being carried over the threshold from what was to what is on its way.

With this fresh new energy, we can change our narrative and believe it or not, we are on the cusp of even greater change. Let us use this to our advantage. For what is to come is unimaginable from who we once thought we were. What a bounty of life experience we have to be grateful for! To all the dis-ease, please bubble up to the surface for us to release. Experiencing 'too much' may not be possible to thwart so as it comes on, lean in and allow for it to flow through and burn up.

Let us over-indulge in celebration, gratitude and receiving love, as a counter to the drain and exhaustion caused by our past patterns of self-sabotage and victimhood. Those energetic vampires from yesteryear can find something else to do this holiday. Let us intend to use this expansiveness to develop intimacy with self. If we find ourselves surrounded by unnecessary chaos or anxiety, let us use the structure of ritual to bring ourselves home. Emotional chaos and anxiety will likely surface and we can hold space for this under the Cancer full moon better if we are grounded and physically vital. Post holiday madness, this can be a big ask so let us make time to rest and recover.

Let us also utilize this energy to seek understanding of our wildness. We are animal and function from deep instinctual urges. A passionate howling to the full moon may be in dire need. Don't hold back! Whatever our cup may be full of, let us celebrate it in full force. If we do exhaust ourselves, so be it. Run amok and raise those hands to the sky!

Animals mate, cry, feed, run, kill and life eats life. The cycle is upon us. Open up to it, walk through the fiery gates and dance in truth until it's all gone. Tomorrow is coming. Get ready.
