Full Moon in Gemini ☾ So that we can get to where we're going...
Full Moon in Gemini December 13,2016
As new unseen challenges emerge each day, let us stay aware of our reactions, even if we cannot seem to stay in a non-triggered state. Let us not indulge ourselves in "ice-cream depression" but rather throw ourselves an "ice-cream party", where we are allowed to feel all the emotions that can arise during the holiday season. It's okay to feel angry, lonely, sad, abandoned, confused OR elated, zingy, overwhelmed, anxious, drunk, fat and freaking out. The dips and risings in energetic waves can wreck havoc on our health so let us instead surrender to whatever it is, so it and we can move through any chaos and get back on track toward what it is we really want to focus on. Let us experience, express and celebrate our emotions without getting stuck in self-doubt and victimhood because quite frankly that shit will always backfire!
It seems like we have been thrust into the middle of an unending transition yet this is exactly what life is--constant change. If we feel the slowing down of the impending Mercury Retrograde, let us welcome the down time with open arms. We all need time to process and with the ever-advancing and demanding shifts occurring around and within us, it is a great excuse to stop doing, cramming and forcing everything into one little month and let the darkness of winter bring us deep into the ground. In this way, a feeling of hibernation may come early this year for some of us.
So if it's not working, let it go! Instead, let's dream and create small things with love. It's about to be a great time to pick up cross stitch. Or if we feel hyperactive, let's join that dance class we've been meaning to attend for awhile and get our blood pumping. Let us create for the sake of being creative and excited, not to perfect a work project or part of our body that we just can't seem to "fix". If we create to perfect, we regress rather than "improve".
If we just can't seem to shake a feeling of impending doom, reach out to a healer for help. Our communities are full of amazing energy workers--from mediums, to readers, to energy workers and astrologers. If you're not sure where to find someone, contact your local metaphysical bookstores and retail shops for classes and healing contacts.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Complete rebirth is not far off. But as we all know by now, transitions take time. So since we seem to be existing in some sort of other-worldly, massive-ass unending transition, patience and practice of presence in the now will always bring us back to where we are, so that we can get to where we're going. ♡
*If you're not sure which type of healer to connect with, send me a message! I know many wonderful practitioners in the healing arts, and many who offer distance healing if they're not local to you.
I myself just received the most incredible healing from Jacquelynne R. Maloney, an energy-clearing expert. If you're blocked and in need of reconnection, I highly recommend her service called a Spark of Life session. I am not an affiliate, just in awe of her talent and ability to readjust. Healers need healing too!
